The Ebby House at Juliette Fowler Communities is more than a shelter – it is a home for young girls ready to launch into successful adulthood who have suffered abuse, neglect or foster care in the past.
This strength-based program mentors up to 12 young women at a time for up to 24 months to instill life skills, provide housing, healthcare, education, career guidance, job training and permanency.
At The Ebby House, we believe everyone has something to contribute. We place individuals where they are most passionate and gifted to aid the girls in the following programs:
The Ebby House seeks opportunities to share our mission and bring awareness to the issue facing girls aging out of foster care and survivors of abuse or neglect. If you know a group, Bible study, book club, business or social network that are interested in hearing about our mission and work, we would love the opportunity to engage. Please contact us if you are interested in booking a speaker or obtaining informational materials.
Make a difference in the lives of girls who have aged out of foster care, been abused or neglected by sponsoring an event. Public awareness events educated the community and secure much needed support. Events like the Visionary Women Luncheon offer businesses and individuals opportunities to support the event and our cause.
