In November of 2019, The Katherine Carmody Trust, Bank of America, NA, Trustee granted The Ebby House at Juliette Fowler Communities (JFC) funding to be used to provide the transition out of the foster care system for The Ebby House girls.
Nicole Gann, CEO said, “Our community is diverse in age, stage and abilities – both physical and financials. JFC serves a vulnerable and diverse population – in age, health and socioeconomic factors. By living in community with individuals from other generations, connected to supportive services, our residents receive benefits that impact them physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. The girls at the Ebby House suffer immense trauma and need specialized care to heal from years of abuse and neglect. The Ebby House meets those needs.”
