JLC Delivery Protocols

- Deliveries are accepted every day, all day
- Families can bring deliveries to residents when they visit
- Drop-off deliveries for JLC residents should be brought to JLC vestibule (Harwood Garden entrance)
- When deliveries arrive, JLC staff will record the deliveries and notify the resident
- Residents may choose to pick up their delivery or have JLC staff deliver at no charge
- Residents should provide their physical address (1230 Abrams Rd, Apt #, Dallas, TX 75214) to all delivery service providers
